Reno14 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms
Please read this document carefully before using reno14's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the reno14 platform (including the website, mobile app, and related services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the reno14 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The reno14 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally eligible to participate in the activities offered.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on reno14. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. reno14 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. If the information provided is found to be false or misleading, your account may be suspended or closed immediately.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. reno14 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
Two-factor authentication via your registered phone number is part of the security process. It is your responsibility to ensure that your registered phone number remains active and valid.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a reno14 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Malaysian law. You agree not to:
- Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform;
- Cheating, manipulating, or attempting to influence game outcomes through unfair means;
- Transferring account balances to third parties or using your account as a channel for fund transfers;
- Infringing the intellectual property rights of reno14 or any relevant third party;
- Distributing harmful, misleading, or unlawful content through the platform.
Reno14 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, account closure, or referral of the matter to the relevant authorities.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on reno14 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via recognised local payment methods, including FPX (online banking) and supported e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet.
Successful deposits are typically credited to your account balance within the timeframe indicated, depending on the method chosen. reno14 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the reno14 account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed. reno14 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
Any bonuses or promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements stated separately in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of the bonus concerned.
Reno14 does not charge any currency conversion fees, as all transactions are conducted in MYR. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees, which are beyond reno14's control.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Reno14 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, reno14 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or incidental damages arising from use of the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, text, images, and software on the reno14 platform are the exclusive property of reno14 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The reno14 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers and payment processors. reno14 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
6. Account Policy, Amendments & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Reno14 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. In cases of suspension due to a terms violation, the account balance may be held pending the outcome of an investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the reno14 support team by email at [email protected]. Any balance eligible for withdrawal will be processed in accordance with the standard procedures in effect.
Amendments to Terms
Reno14 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the reno14 platform shall first be resolved through amicable discussion. If no resolution can be reached, the matter shall be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
